Xbox One Controller for windowsを使用していて、修理が必要になりましたが、修理依 の前にデバイスの登録ができず、サポートに連絡する旨メッセージが表示されましたが、連絡先はここ(英語のみのコミュニティ)しか表示されません。

ページ全体が非常に分かりづらく、サポートへの連絡手段を探すこと数時間。

結局、連絡手段を見つけることはできませんでした。

担当の窓口はどこにありますか？

Sollitare Collectionで使っているアカウントではMinesweeperに入れない？

日本語での質問は可能なのでしょうか？

Microsoft Minesweeper をストアからダウンロードして実行し、サインインを求められたため、

Sollitare Collectionで使っているmicrosoftアカウントのメールアドレスとパスワードを入力したところ、

「サインインできません。xbox.comにサインインして、もう一度このアプリを起動してく さい。」というエラーが

表示されて起動できません。

（ちなみに、今このフォーラ に入っているアカウントです。）



同じアカウントでは起動できないのでしょうか？

あるいは、Sollitare Collectionを起動すると、自動的にサインインされますが、その状態では

Minesweeperに入ることはできないのでしょうか？
