From what I have translated it sounds like you need to redeem the prepaid card rather then trying to pay for new subscription.

You can try logging into your account here https://account.microsoft.com/?ref=MeControl&refd=account.xbox.com

Once logged in up the top you should see Services and Subscriptions. Once you click that link you should see all your services including when your he Xbox Live Gold/Game Pass subscription expired. You want to find the
manage tab and click that. Within this tab you will see the "Redeem a card or code" from here you can redeem your prepaid card.
