    XBOXLIVE Party


    Can not connect or start a party or appear online. i have talked to support and they said that it might be possible that because im apart of the preview/insider program that a recent update has caused this issue. I have done everything to try and fix this
    including:

    -restarting, power cycling, signing in and out, removing MAC address, removing my account for my xbox and re attaching it. resetting my router, using wifi and ethernet cables nothing so far has worked. please help

    I have the same issues and have read many other reviews online that people are having major issues with party chat with NAT lines open, and all settings appropriate to support online chat. I don't understand how xbox seems to have taken a step backward with
    the xbone with all the new technology and supposed improvements they said they made and we can't even get a stable party chat going.

    Please take a look at your network status on the One and especially the NAT status. If it's telling you it's strict then you need to have your network configured. The Xbox One uses some different and more ports than the 360 and also different audio codecs.
