Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

Also check that the Xbox Live account , the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.

Digital codes are region locked to the region that it was created/sold in.

It would not be wise to change your region to Spain just to redeem this code, so please keep the region to the one where you live, Poland, and get another in a new game or buy gold. If you buy things with your region set to Spain and change back to Poland
they will not work anymore, so best keep it as Poland.

Xbox support can not change codes' regions.

Unfortunately because you bought the console in a different region them what you are actually setting it up as and playing in you won't be able to use this code. You'll need to change regions back to Spain
