    Xboxes in two countries (Spain / UK), one Xbox live account


    My son lives in Spain with Mum, and in the UK with me (Dad). He spends time with us both during the year.

    He has an xbox one in each country, can he sign into either with the same xbox live account, depending on where he is?

    2 xboxes differnt countries (Spain / UK), one live account, will it work?

    Hi,

    I checked all of that. I even called Xbox support and they told me it's not possible to change country from Spain to UK, but then why I have the option on my profile? I can't create a new profile in UK, because I use the account on my Windows 8 on my phone
    etc...

    Hey there Nitotag! If the option to move there is available on the site, but you are still not able to make the move, there may be another reason preventing you from moving. If you are certain that there are no issues here, I would suggest contacting phone
    support again, use your reference number, and see about getting an Account Agent to look into this further. Let us know how that goes, thanks!

    Account countries are wrong - how can I change them?

    well the thing is you can't use a Spain payment method on a UK account or us accounr

    You need to use a Spain account to use a Spain payment methid nor it is suggested you use an out of region account

    You can change this on the console

    Language settings is independent of the account region fyi but only affects xbox one settings not 360 games
