Xbox360 will only play the original Halo, no other games start. I just get "open tray"...

Hmmmmmmm....... I've played my (GAmefly - Saints Row 3 Game, About 50x before I started getting a "OPEN TRAY" remark on the beginning XBOX360 screen.... However, It could possibly take 30-50 X opening / Closing the Disk Tray before it actually triggered
the Game to read & Work before allowing you to play the game !!!

i just tried everything you said and still no dice :| games just wont work at all basically got a bricked xbox now that wont play games and i dont even know the cause oddly enough i can still play some original xbox games and watch netflix and stuff but
any physical xbox 360 games are a no go all it says is open tray for any xbox360 game

Just a tip to get the disc tray open on the original Xbox console.

There is a small hole at the side of the tray into which you can insert a straightened paper clip to open the tray.

I am on my 3rd MW3 disc and i got home from work turned on my xbox360 and i get "open tray" , Now I will be on my 5th disc. I try over and over and "open tray"

<p> I can play all my other games fine. I was playing MW3 fine for a few days then this. the other MW3 discs would get the "unrecognized disc" error while i was playing online and kick me to the dashboard. The discs have all been bran new and flawless, when
i return them to game stop they cant beleive that the game doesnt work.
