    xbox360 smartglass can't connect to xbox services


    Found a post from 3y ago with the same issue. No error code, just says what's in the subject.

    Version 1.85. Was working not that long ago, nothing has changed on my device. I have tried connecting from other networks, clearing data etc.

    Sign into Xbox live other way

    Usually when I can't sign into Xbox live the normal way that usually means that Xbox services are down, but there is a way to still sign in. You'll need the Xbox one smartglass which can be downloaded on most all smartphones. Then you want to simply connect
    your smartglass to your Xbox and you should connect to the services and be able to launch games that req internet like destiny, I hope this helps because it always works for me.

    What mobile device are you currently using and are you still seeing this error appear?

    You can't connect your Xbox 360 to Windows 10. The only thing you can do is use SmartGlass, using the SmartGlass app found in the Windows Store. (It's kind of pointless, really.)

    Iv tried everything that I no now, turned everything off, reset the wifi, turned the smartglass on, in the settings on the xbox, the screen come up on the laptop, and I can see what games have been played but once I try to connect the smartglass it says
    console not listed, and keeps bringing up the xbox 360 ip address, also when I log on to the xbox one site it has my old gamer pic from xbox360.

    Still the same, after I turn on Battle Block Theater (or any other Xbox360 game) and try to download other accounts to my Xbox360 system it just CAN'T Connect to Xbox Live, message that it can't connect UPnP is still here. After I troubleshoot connection
    it says I'm online.
