    Dear XBOX360, for two weeks now I have NOT been able to sign into my XBOX Live account on my XBOX360. The chat agents just lie and say "oh xbox is having an issue right now, try later..." Listen... 1st: I still want to use my xbox360 for various
    things. 2nd: I've been an xbox gold member FOR YEARS. This is unacceptable. I did not pay hundreds of dollars for the system AND THE GAMES, and A GOLD ACCOUNT to NOT be able to use it or get PROPER ASSISTANCE. The issue probably has been going
    on longer than 2 weeks, but I didn't know b/c I hadn't been using it.

    It's a shame I have to come here to complain about it, b/c I can't get ANY HELP otherwise. Please FIX THIS!!!

    Your 'Nat Type' My be on strict. Try resetting your router, if that doesn't work try moving your Xbox360 closer to your router or try connecting your router to your Xbox360 with a euthinet cable.

    it doesn't show her xbox/microsoft account in the game and she never had a xbox360 live account. The only other option is; download profile. after which you can sign in with a live account(which she never had) in order to download your old xbox360 profile (which my daughter never had). We tried signing in with her normal account but the 360 emulator sign in screen doesn't allow for spaces in the password, which she has... but that would probably just say she doen't have an old 360 profile anywayz...

    Well the thing is that i press sign in and have everything typed in but then it still says sign in but now i can't press it and that means i can't access my profile from the top right which then means i can't access any settings. It's super weird. Btw
    i can't even sign in at all at the enforcement page it just refreshes the site.

    I have not tried to reset or restart the router yet, i have restarted my PC and it isn't the game it's the website that i have a problem with.

    Also, since you mentioned that you were not able to sign into the Enforcement page, I would try to
    Sign in to your MIcrosoft Account with

    your email and password to make sure you're not having any

    sign in issues. Let us know if that helps!
