Xbox360 randomly disconnected from Xbox Live

Hi,

I have 2 Xbox 360s and 1 Xbox One and an Xbox Live account. My Xbox 360s use 2 different wifi SSIDs. Both SSIDs are connected to the outside world via the one outbound router. The Xbox One shares a wifi SSID with one of the Xbox 360s. Until recently,
everything has been just hunky dory. But lately, i.e., over the last month or 2, my Xbox 360s are being randomly disconnected from Xbox Live. I can reconnect again immediately but usually get disconnected again not long after - usually when I'm in the middle
of something important! I'm not losing internet connection and there is no network competition.

Nothing has changed in my environment, at least, nothing that I can determine. In other words, I haven't changed anything. And my Xbox One is NOT being disconnected from Xbox Live even though it shares a wifi SSID with my main Xbox 360. In my opinion,
that rules out the wifi.

Sometimes I receive the error code 800704cd but not always. I've checked and re-checked settings and tried everything I can think of. But to no avail.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

I am being disconnected from Xbox Live when I start to play World of Tanks and other games.

The forum name is "randomly being disconnected from xbox live".

 

All my recent CC transactions show up as Declined

Is this also the reason why I get randomly disconnected from Xbox Live?

 

An update. I've now tried a wired connection with the same results, i.e., my Xbox360 keeps getting disconnected from Live.

We'd be happy to help with this disconnection issue that you're experiencing. When you get a chance, let's go ahead & try out all the steps for this
disconnection issue to make sure our bases are covered.

Also, you mentioned an error code earlier. When you can, let's go ahead & try out the steps for that specific

error code as well.
