[XBOX360] Rainbow Six Vegas 2 : "Weapons Collector" achievement still locked

Hello.

As stated under "Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened." on the steps to follow if blocked success, they have all had performed .

Unfortunately, none of these solutions could correct the error of synchronization between the profile and my progress on the game.

I also post a topic on Ubisoft forum, and they redirect me to the Ubisoft support. In my Support file of Ubisoft, they answered me in French, that they don't have tools to unlock my achievement. So they redirect me to your service. Below the links :

Achievement Issues sticky and follow the steps there. If those steps don't work you will have to fill out the survey at the bottom of the sticky. If you have any other issues, please post a new thread and we will take a look!

Hello. As the title of this post explains , this success remains blocked despite the progress Ojectives .

After opening a claim file on Ubisoft, a technician from Ubisoft Support told me that I had to make contact with the helpdesk on " Xbolive " . Lack of tools that do not allow interract with the profiles ( xbox ) .

He advises me to ask you to re-synchronize my data from my profile and my progress on the game "Rainbow Six Vegas 2".

Therefore , in order to unlock success " Weapon Collector " game Tom Clancy 's Rainbow Six Veas 2 ( Xbox360 ) , I seek your services for this bug.

My File No. 03474682 on Ubisoft will confirm .

Hey, Gto57! Sorry to see any achievement issues! If you have filled out the survey at the bottom of the sticky that you first link to after doing all of the troubleshooting listed in there, then that is all the support that we are able to offer you.

There is the option of attempting to unlock the achievement on a new save, too. This should unlock the achievement for you again, and generally solves Xbox 360 achievement issues.

Because the only options we offer are within that sticky, this thread will be locked. If you need assistance with any other support issue, please post up a new detailed thread so that our community can work on helping you out. Thanks for understanding!
