XBOX360 Profile Edit - list is bugged!

on xbox 360 if you open up your profile page youll see all the info youve put in- which youre able to edit with the 'edit profile'

the list of items to edit should be something like:

- Gamertag

- Gamer Picture

- Gamer Zone

- Motto

- Avatar

- Name

- Location

- Bio

familiar?

issue is, my profile does not show all of these to edit.

mine is more like:

- Gamertag

- Gamer Picture

- Gamer Zone

- Motto

i am missing the option to change alot of this info- which when i made the account i was able to input something, and did. soo... really annoyed it isnt showing everything im able to edit i would really like to change the info ive already put in..

My account is 3 years old. ive tried to edit profile on my xbox 360. ive tried it on my xbox one while in an xbox 360 game. ive tried on the computer xboxcom as well as microsoft.

ive tried deleting the account and recovering. ive put in a form to ensure my age is proper for editing any console/account settings.

and ive spent hours with xbox support on multiple occasions chatting with support about this issue with no resolve.

I just want to change some info that shows on my profile! shouldnt be that difficult. and anyone can go and look at it and thats whats bugging me i am not able to change that. like if you take out the option to change certain info dont you think you should
take the info out as well? not leave it up unable to edit.

also ive looked on google images at random pictures of the profile edit page and some people are missing info too and this is years ago. i dont understand why this hasnt been fixed or resolved.

so i am wondering what my next move should be. is xbox support my only option? ive tried and every time they say they have the answer- which over the few different chats have gotten totally different answers or suggestions and some gave me a few different things
to try but usually results in the chat ending then later i see nothing has changed im still stuck in the same hole.

if i am not able to change the info anymore, who can? is there someone inside xbox that can go into my profile with whatever program and delete the input info? i mean the real deal would be to have my list of info to edit be complete (able to edit) but if that
just isnt possible, why wouldnt someone be able to dive into the profile with a pc program or something and mess with the info? im not good with the terminology but ya know, scripting er something, idk. i just remember a program that you could have your profile
on a formated flashdrive plug into your pc and could swap your profile picture to whatever you wanted. that messed with your profiles info right? cant someone in xbox do the same?

my question is WHO can i bring this issue to to have it fixed? like actually fixed. whether my account gets fixed with its missing options or resolved in that someone deletes the info for me. xbox tech support was not able to help

Hi there,

The only suggestion I can advise you to try, is by editing your info via the Xbox app on PC. You can edit your Bio and Location as far as I can see. It might also be worth checking your privacy settings. More on that, here:

If you have received Code of Conduct warnings in the past, you *might* not be able to edit the data. Post us some updates, and hopefully, collectively, we can get you back to full editing functionality.

As some news have shown there have been several bugs in the Xbox360 edition of Minecraft, and Team Mojang is hoping to be able to fix these bugs with the upcoming updates and such, so if nothing else seems to work the best that you can do is wait for these
said updates and hope that your problem is fixed, which will most surely be.

Minecraft xbox360 edition is suppose to get the aquatic update. Will I still be able to import worlds from the xbox360 edition to the xboxOne edition after xbox360 gets the aquatic update?
