xbox360 profile can't connect to xboxlive on this console

The profile may be corrupted and need to be redownloaded. The saved data for games is a separate file on the Xbox 360 hard drive. We have a support article that explains

how to add and remove an Xbox profile on Xbox 360. There are two options when removing a profile from the console. The first is to remove only the profile, and the second is removing the profile and items. Make sure to only remove the profile. We look forward

Whoop! Whoop! Think we got it fixed!!! Thanks everyone for the help! Had to remove the profile to fix it and cleared the cache.

Will this delete all the game info that my son has on my profile? He played World of Tanks on it and has quite a few achievements/tanks earned etc that he really does not want to lose.
