Xbox360 not picking up hotspot signal?

My Xbox recently stopped being able to pick up the hot spot from my phone. It was working but hasn't in a while. Any help to fix the problem. I feel like I have tried everything!

Try shutting it down completely and unplugging it for 3 to 5 minutes. Then restart it and try again.

With a hotspot , it is not a stable connection to download or play. Many factors come in to play when using one , and the simple fact that someone going by with a phone that picks up the signal and tries to connect could beak the connection and have to
start over

Hello David, the Xbox can connect with both frequencies, from what I understand you want to connect it to your new hotspot, but it is an individual hotspot or is picking up the internet signal from another device.

Thank you for the info I been looking online for anything about this but haven't been able to find anything lol.

I do use my hotspot on my phone for gaming and it works great but my Mic picks up interference from the signal so I thought using the USB cable would fix that problem
