Xbox360 logs out all the time

That's very strange and I'm sorry to hear the suggestions so far aren't helping. I'm just curious, how long have you had this 360? Is it very old? Mine was running very slow and not loading things properly when I last used to play on it, although that
was 2+ years ago.

My 360 is the fat one from 2008. Love him)

Ok, so I've found a few threads that had solutions to this from a few years ago. They're pretty specific about the actions, order, and number of times you have to do it. It's a lot, but I hope it solves your issue:

Delete your profile (profile only), clear your cache 3 times in a row, restart your console, and then try to download your profile.

Delete Profile Safely:



Go to Settings, and then select System.

Select Storage.

Select All Devices.

Select Gamer Profiles.

Select the gamertag that you want to delete.

Select Delete.

Select Delete Profile Only.



Clear System Cache, don't forget to do it 3 times!

Go to Settings, and then select System.

Select Storage.

Highlight your storage device, and press Y.

Select Clear Cache, and press Yes (Do this step 3 times in a row).

Restart Console

Download Profile:

Push the middle button on your Xbox 360 controller.

Select Download Profile.

Note: If you don't see Download Profile, press the blue "X" button on your Xbox 360 controller to sign out of any profile you're currently signed into.

I would first suggest clearing the cache of 360 (click on link below)

Try that and let us know if it helps.

I would also recommend resetting your network back to it's factory settings and reconnecting to your network.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
