iView 3500 STB Digital Converter Box

Cannot locate iView as a brand to set up live TV through xbox one guide for my iView 350 STB Digital Converter Box. Is there a remote code for iView that will establish communication between xbox one and the iView Digital Converter Box?

ABC iView server is always unavailable on the xbox

Hi, I am always getting an error message when I try to watch a show on ABC iView on our xbox 360. The message states that the iView server is unavailable. All the other xbox live services work, eg. Online game play, youtube, sbs online, etc. and I have
tested my network connection and it is fine. I am also able to access iView on other devices on the same wifi and this is when I receive the error message on the xbox. I cannot understand why this problem is only occurring on the xbox and only for iView. Has
anyone else encountered this problem, I would really appreciate a response on how to fix it. Thanks

There was an Xbox live status issue with Purchase and Content usage recently.

Please look at this link for more information on
Troubleshoot Xbox 360 Marketplace purchasing.

Also, try to clear your system cache for the store.

Try to clear the system item

1. go to settings

2. system

3. storage

4. go to your hard drive/memory unit

5. system items

6. clear marketplace cache

Once that has been cleared try to restart the app.

G'day,

I just checked ABC iView on my XBox1X and I can load it OK. I remember having problems on X360 awhile ago tho. Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the App to see if that resolves the issue?

I also tried what PATTYMYCAKES suggested I flashed my iview 3500STB it worked for a short period of time and now my iview no longer turns I. I would no suggest this method as it will likely brick your iview.
