    I downloaded gta5 from xbox live on xbox360 but after a few minutes of play it returns to the first mission, can I request a refund for the game or is there a solution?

    That's odd. If you have just recently purchased the game you are more than welcome to request a refund at
    https://xbox.com/refund

    However, I would suggest trying a delete and redownload first to see if that helps.
