I remember I was trying to find a list of all the Xbox 360 games I purchased digitally through various accounts. I was able to find them through the purchase history on my Microsoft account. I wish they would just let us transfer the game purchases from
one account to another, so I didn't have to maintain old Gamertags from before they offered the ability to change.

Not all content that is Both on Xbox and PC is "Play Anywhere". Play Anywhere is completely synced with your Xbox content. Sadly, the catalog is still relatively small for Play Anywhere despite it being out when ReCore was released. I'm not sure if they
will make 360 games play anywhere just because it seems like they are focusing on new releases to be play anywhere. I hope this helps

You can play on PC games that are "play everywhere" not all games you own on Xbox One

What you are asking for is a "Play anywhere" allowance.

This is not available for every game.

There are some games that are only available to play on Xbox.

And play anywhere games are also available for PC.

Fallout 76 is not a play anywhere title, and i dont bekieve its even on the Windows store. There are no reciprocal agreements in thr game indistry like the movies have, but there should be.

Xbox 360 backwards compatibility will not be coming to PC. In short The Xbox One is designed on the hardware level to make it possible. Video games are essentially a thousand things being juggled at once, and console games are designed for one hardware configuration
and one set of timings. If they even get slightly out of wack everything breaks, and PC has a billion possible hardware and software combinations. 360 games have been machine translated specifically to run on the console, replacing one specific set of commands
with their equivalents. You also cant just emulate the system. The fastest $5000 enthusiast PCs can’t do real time emulation of the 360.
