XBOX360 Does not recognize characters from LEGO Batman Movie Story Pack

Hi,

I need help to assist my son. We bought the Lego Batman Movie Story Pack. It comes with BatGirl and Robin. When I place them on the platform, they are not recognized. The message I get is To access all Character Wave 7.5 contente, an additional download
is required. Do you want to add it to your download queue now? I click on A (yes) and nothing happens.

I also bought the Vunpack which brings Excalibur Batman and Bionic Steed. When I place them on the toy pad the message I get is Blank Toy Tag placed on the Toy Pad. Please remove it until instructed to use it during Building Instructions for your models.

I do not know what else to do. I need help.

Cant download LEGO Batman movie for Dimensions

Hi,

I am not able to download the update the Lego Batman movie addon to Lego dimensions. I keep getting the message the download stopped and xbox is unable to download the Lego Batman movie. I've checked my internet connection and it is stable and good, 20Mpbs
at least. I've remove all cache. I've even removed all the dimensions downloads and content. Still it fails. I've now got a set of lego blocks and characters but no way to play the game. My son is very disapointed to say the least.

Any suggestions or other ways to download the addon, please let me know.

Is this game a purchase or a rental ?

There's gonna be some DLC for this game. Character packs for sure, but I would imagine story missions too. This is definitely a buy just like the original Lego Batman

 

The download for the Lego Dimensions add-ons like the Lego Batman Movie pack can be quite large, and can take a while to download. Once you hit A for "yes" to install, the update will be added to your download queue. You can then view the download progress,
and when complete you will likely need to quit, and re-start the game.

The Funpack with Excalibur Batman, and Bionic Steed will also need an content update. Once the update is in place, then it will lead you through the build process, and have you save the toy tag.

Understood but I do not see where I can view the download progress.

How do I update the contente for Funpack? I do not get that option. Is it because I first need the Batman Movie Pack?

The download does not start in any scenario. I am in XBOX Live. I triple checked hard disk space. The internet level was at its best. I spent 4 hours on this today with no progress,,,,

 

On the title screen for the game, before you start gameplay select the "Options" menu item. At the bottom of that menu is "Downloadable Content". Open that item, and you should be able to see what packs are installed, and start the download for any missing
packs.

Once you have selected a pack for download, you should be able to press the guide button on your controller, move one screen to the left, and select "Active Downloads". In that screen you should be able to see the selected pack downloading.
