Xbox360 Blocked From Internet

According to my diagnostics test, I'm blocked from everything on it despite having 100% signal strength. I've tried resetting my router and manually putting in addresses and restoring my network settings to factory settings.

Sorry for the delay in response.

It’s not necessarily an issue with your network or router, so you actually don’t have to contact your ISP to resolve the connection error.

Have you tried the recommended troubleshooting in the support article I shared in my previous reply?

Troubleshoot your Xbox 360 network connection | Xbox Support

Specifically see ‘I get an error message when I test my connection’ > If the console can’t connect to your home network’, then follow the steps for the specific error you receive (select ‘see suggestions’ after the network test completes).

There's no pirated games on my Xbox. It was working perfectly fine until I moved to a new house.

Probably because your xbox 360 is a banned xbox, it has unlocking for pirated games and Microsoft detected it in it and permanently banned it.

Have you changed the region of your xbox and your account?

Sign in to your Xbox 360 console with the account that you want to update the region for.

From the Xbox Dashboard, navigate to the "Settings" menu.

Select "System Settings" and then "Console Settings."

Choose "Language and Locale."

Select the option to change your "Locale" or "Country/Region."

Follow the prompts to select the appropriate country/region for your new location.
