    Can you provide us with the exact model of the Astro headset you're getting (e.g. A50, A20 etc.)?

    Depending on how the headset connects to the console (directly to the console or through a Mixamp), we can provide better help.

    Have you contacted Astro support? They can be found here: Product Support and Information | ASTRO Gaming

    One common troubleshooting method for them is to plug in the charging cable, and then hold "Game" and "EQ" for 10-15 seconds, then try to reconnect them to the Xbox.

    Hi Orbitz! I daily drive either my Astro A50's or A20's depending on where I am at, and they are both absolutely fantastic headsets. I would 100% recommend either.
