xbox1 locked out of accounty

My grandson has an xbox1 and recently moved into my home with me. When he tried to access (play) his xbox he got a message that said the ip address was unknown and he has not been able to play it at all. Since I am his grandmother, is there any way I can
get him access again.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums with this situation. I understand you're having internet connection problems with your grandsons Xbox One is that correct? I recommend first safely powering the console down and unplugging it from the power, also unplug
all network equipment from the power as well and wait 5 minutes. After the 5 minutes reset plug in your router/modem first and let it boot all the way back up to normal before turning the console back on and trying again. Let us know with a reply how it goes

i have the same problem today, they cancel my accounty for nothing, i've bought 12 months and they just cancel the account. Its a SHAME.

they have not removed a large chunk of features, just family sharing for digital media, and 24 hour check in. also no region locks on xbox1.

I'm having the same problem as well, trying to sync my account with origin to use for DA Keep but says my accountis bbeing used elsewhere, solutions?
