xbox控制台小帮手不能登录，提示0x406[Translation-Xbox console helper can't log in, prompt 0x406]

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are getting error when trying to sign in. Have you tried opening the Xbox app with an admin account?

1. Right-click the Start menu to open the Win + X menu.
2. Select Command Prompt (Admin) to open the Prompt’s window.
3. Now enter ‘net user administrator /active:yes’ in the Command Prompt’s window, and press the Return key.
4. Close the Command Prompt.
5. Press Ctrl + Alt + Del to select Sign out.
6. Then log in with your new admin account, and open the Xbox app.

Once done, then you can switch back to your original profile and try the Xbox app.

I'm sorry to hear that you can still not sign in. I think you may need to re-install the
Xbox identity provider app. Search for the app in the Microsoft Store and make sure it is installed. If it is installed, uninstall it and then install it again. Restart your PC and try to sign in again.

I believe for the best performance of the app you should be updated to Windows version 1903. Try the following steps to update Windows:

• Select Start > Settings
  > Update & Security > Windows Update , and then select
  Check for updates. If updates are available, install them.
  
• If version 1903 isn't offered automatically through Check for updates, you can get it manually through the
  Update Assistant.

Update to 1903 and then try signing in again to the Xbox Console Companion app.
