XBOX不能登陆

我看不明白，为什么要强制关机？它就是一直 载登陆，但是就是 法登陆上去，我是为win8.1的系统，而且玩游戏时xbox可以连接上，就是xboxgames 法登陆

可以先试试现在微软商店下载minecraft启动器（免费的那个），然后在启动器登录账号，看看启动器里面的游戏能不能打开。以前买的minecraft似乎是跟商城里的不一 ，就算购买了商店也不会显示，只能通过启动器打开。
