Xbox无法连接服务器

我在6个月之前还一切正常，现在登录时进不去极限竞速地平线4线上，xbox检查网络说法连接服务器，尝试过官方所说的方法和网上的各种方法，依然没有用，我从20级一直到160级一直是离线游戏，请官方告诉我有什么方法可以连接服务器，谢谢
