Xbox YouTube app screen tearing, followed by low resolution and poor loading.

Ok, I may not be a professional but I have somewhat of a brain, I was having this problem and now it's fixed. What you have to do is go to settings < General <TV & Display options < Video modes < Allow YCC 4:2:2. Which says it helps with 4k but it basically helps with everything.

Please try the following steps one at a time to resolve the issue:

Solution 1: Try setting up manual DNS settings.

1. Please go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings > DNS settings >> manual

2. Primary DNS: 208.67.222.222

3. Secondary DNS: 208.67.220.220

Solution 2: Check if the app has a pending update that needs to be installed.

Go to “My Apps & Games”, select Youtube, and press the more options button. From the list, select “Manage game & add-ons” and then “Updates”. Any updates will be available here.

Solution 3: Do a factory reset.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.

3. Select Reset console.

4. Reset and keep my games & apps.

You think a bug during sped up playback could be fixed by both either a factory reset or manually channged network settings?
Those sound completly unrelated to the issue at hand and are catch alls. You're feedback is incredible condescending.

Resolution ***? Resolutions fine. They need to fix the fps and screen tear. It's hard to play in my eyes when it's choppy or has screen tear.

I think the reason some people see it and some don't is because of the display. If you play on a big tv with low resolution you won't see it. If you play on a high resolution monitor like me then it's impossible to miss. The screen tearing is awwful. It's
too bad cuz this game is awesome.
