Xbox year in Review - Shows only Community stats no matter what I try

Exact Same Problem for me, this is so sad. I have been retrying for over a week now, but it just won't show my stats 😢 😭

Hey Ladies and Gents we appreciate your patience!

We just went through the process of getting the stats on Microsoft Edge browser and it worked, we suggest giving it a shot and letting us know how it goes so we can possibly (if it doesn't work) look further into this inconvenience.

Still have issues, i have no tried these browsers : Edge, Chrome, Opera, Firefox

I've also tried logging in on ALL these browers on 3 diffrent pc's now.

I also tried using my Galaxy tab, my samsung s8+ AND my ipad + iphone. None of these fetches stats for me or show any kind of stats after the community badges have been added. All i get is the global community badges and that's it.

Im from Norway and my microsoft account is atleast 6 years old (if not more) and contains over 30k GS.

So yeah, there is/must be a problem with scandinavian people fetching their stats, could you look this up and confirm?

Ok I'll do my best to stay polite but seriously if this is the best help you get it's no wonder they send people to TA for answers at least they know what they're doing & don't just give advise that's down right insulting ... Are you really saying that no
one knows the FACT that this doesn't work outside M$ selected regions ... This isn't like a NEWS sensation, ever since they started doing stats it has ALWAYS been to certain specific regions ... No one in Denmark or (as far I've been able to gather) any of
the scandinavian countries have been able to get the personal stat globe or the personal stats period ... apparently it's insanely expensive to make this available in smaller countries but hey why should they start now, we have never had the reward program
or 9 of 10 things available else where but yeah he's probably not able to remember wheter or not he's played any games on his profile....?!?

Sorry but I seriously don't understand how you guys helping people don't know this, a 30sec google search told me that it was the exact same stats problem as 2016 & 2017 as always Microsoft don't care to lift a finger for you if you live in small country
& again I'm sorry if I offend someone, I'm really trying not to, yeah that bit with insulting help might be over the line but no more so than telling a user looking for help that he's probably not clever enough to use the same profile different places ...

you can do this from your Xbox one, won't work, a signed-in Windows Phone, won't work, a pc, won't work, 10 different browsers, won't work, try to find even 1 from Denmark or even any of the scandinavian countries that get anything else but community stats,
WON'T HAPPEN!

I feel I need to end this rant by saying that please don't get me wrong, I truly love my Xboxes,XBL & yes even you guys at support that (I imagine) often are the shield to protect those that really are to blame & you might even know the answers to these
questions but aren't allowed to say to protect what's left of M$ reputation, I'm just SOOOO TIRED of being left out, the big things like Xbox Rewards is annoying but at the end of the day maybe understandable but stuff like this that really can't be that big
of a problem to extend to all gold users can really make my skin crawl ... the stats are already there, TrueAchievements proofs it & have turned it in to a decent business even by giving it away for free with adds, though personally I love the site so much
that I've happily paid 25$ a year since 2012 so if it's money that means that certain regions can't have it then make it available for a buck in those regions, better than constantly being left out 🙄 but as mad as I am now, knowing it'll never get fixed I
still love my Xboxes, achievement hunting & the whole Xbox community so I'll keep my gold subscription, game pass, TA pro membership as well as my Netflix, Viaplay & Hbo Nordic which I couldn't live without since I canceled my TV channels, making my whole
entertainment system an Xbox thing 😃

tried 4 different browsers and signed in and out multiple times, still only can get community stats.

Hm i'll try safari then.

I've tried with chrome, firefox and edge + the standard cell phone browers & chrome on it *roll eyes*.
