Xbox Year In Review - it’s broken?

Hello,

I’m posting in here because there’s been no support or anything like that for the Year In Review nor do I think it’ll be fixed but as someone who poured 90 hours into Hogwarts Legacy completion in February, another 80 in Starfield completion in September and even other ones like Cyberpunk 2077… taking me over 100 hours and even started Assassin’s Creed Valhalla from 0/1090g but that is nowhere to be seen? My hours and my games don’t seem to be reflecting on this Year In Review at all and I’ve only apparently played what 167 hours this year?

Cyberpunk 2077 - 111hrs 58m

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla - 167hrs 16m

Assassin’s Creed Mirage - 34hrs

Starfield - 94hrs

Minecraft Legends - 39hrs

The Escapists 2 - 39hrs

These are just honestly a few… as someone who has done achievements over the last year and earned over 550k I just don’t see how these times are adding up? Is my account on reduced tracking or is it broken? I’ve seen pretty much everyone else’s work and be accurate but you can even visit my TrueAchievements profile or Xbox and you’ll see the evidence there that half the stuff especially the time played this year isn’t reflecting properly nor the games played or top played month?

As you can see the services are already restored and it may be that the support is working on it because it may be a delay in the update, it will be better to wait for the problem to be solved as soon as possible, be patient or if your problem persists after Therefore, it would be best to contact Xbox. support. Some possible solutions you can try are the following:

-restart your console

-Login back into your Xbox account, to do this you must first log out.

-Check if there are pending updates and if so, install them.

Yeah I tried all this. It’s just my profile, it’s clearly an issue on Xbox’s side. I keep everything up to date and clean and it’s just not correcting itself. I’ve had to make another forum post because my account is having further syncing issues with achievements which I was told were fixed yet my issues continue

That's because they're having massive internal problems and have been for the 7+ years they've been working on it. Game is probably going to flop in terms of quality. Expect a more broken launch than the Witcher 3. Glassdoor reviews don't lie.
