    Xbox Year Badge stuck, not updating


    Hey everyone,

    I’m part of the Xbox Insider Program and I’ve just hit my 4-year mark using this account (been on xbox for 15 years), but my badge is still showing as 3 years. It hasn’t updated yet and I’m not sure if there’s something I need to do on my end or if it’s just delayed. It should’ve updated back in December so it’s been like this for a while.

    I’ve already tried:

    • Restarting my console • Checking for system/app updates • Opening the Insider Hub multiple times

    Still no change.

    Has anyone else had this issue before? Does the badge update automatically after some time, or should I contact support?

    Any help would be appreciated

    This happens to me every year for about a week then it comes back, but usually with an added year. This year however, it disappeared for a week and came back but it still says 12 when it should now be 13. Hopefully it updates properly.

    There isn't a badge for being on Xbox for 12 years and no you are not eligible for any badge. Apologies if you were mistakenly heard from someone you are eligible for a badge on your profile.
