Xbox Year Badge Gone, Ambassador Badge Still There.

Hi Guy's, So my question is this. My Card Expired 2 day's ago and I've only just got round to updating it and renewing it. I had a badge on my profile to say i'd been on Xbox 5 years, Now.. within these 2 day's my badge has been taken from my profile.. why? it's never happened before .. even when i didn't renew for a week because i didn't have time. Yet when i did, my badge was still there, I've contacted billing and they said they don't know why and told me to ask over here, No idea why as it was a billing issue that caused it.

Now i'm sorry but the last 5 years is like an achievement to some people, just for it to be taken away for not renewing in 2 day's.

Any reason why?

I have 16 years on mine but it sometimes disappears when you run out, it will appear again eventually, you might think of it as a badge of honour, to me its a badge of how much i have wasted cash wise just to play online lol.

Which badges do you have?

There are only 3 badges:

Gold Live years

XBOX ambassador

XBOX MVP

Turtlelover8426

all my badges are gone from March of 2013 and all of this year the only badges that are showing are April 2013. I want all my badges back that I earned from this year and last year

Daft Badger

The only badges you can get are a number which would be the amount of years you have had an active xbox live gold/game pass ultimate subscription or the ambassador badge which shows your ambassador level if you are in the program.

A small few have the MPV badge but the MPV program has finished now so there's no way to get that.

Any other badges are for certain Xbox employees only.
