Xbox XS won't let me type in the game store or let me review games

Hey there,

That sounds like an odd one! We recommend doing a
Factory Restore on your Xbox One console, selecting Reset and keep my games & apps. Let us know if that helps!

Yup can't connect. Tried deleting and reinstalling, tried power cycling the Xbox XS and still won't let me log into the game. Every other game works fine..

Double check that you are signed in to the account which claimed the game on Games With Gold.

Check into "Ready to install" section from your console. Do you find it there?

I'm sorry to hear about the issue. If you haven't yet, start by
power cycling your console. This can often cause a lot of quirks that may pop up to go away. The next thing you'll want to check is to make sure that your console is fully updated. You can check by going to
Settings then scrolling down to System and over to
Updates. If your console has an update pending, you'll want to go ahead and download and install it.

If it's totally updated, I would recommend going over to Console info and

factory resetting the console. You can keep any games and apps when you do this so start with that.
