    hey guys

    i have an xbox Xs at a seperate house. Rencently, we have found a brand new xbox 360 at the other house. My country has just gone into quarantine so we decoded it would be good for my siblings to have something to play on. We set up the xbox and signed it into my account which I have had through 360, 1 and now Xs. For some reason the 360 isn't coming up with any of my games. I havent been able to find anything online about this issue so I thought I might give this a crack. Other than this issue the rest of the xbox seems to be working perfectly fine. I just cant seem to access any of my games. I dont have any discs for them as the newest xbox doesnt have a cd slot. Its connected up to xbox live fine and even has some achievements from the xbox 1. I just cant seem to get any of my games. Can anyone help me solve this issue?

    Hi tigerlily68, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Just a friendly reminder though that on Xbox 360 console we can only play 360 versions of the game, so if your games on Xbox One and Xbox Series S are the Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S versions it will not be available on the Xbox 360 console.

    It doesnt show up with my games. On the other xbox I can press games and they come up. On this one ot doesnt have an option to tranfer any of the games even come up as something I have previously owned. When I look in the store at my old games it just says I have to buy it. Im probably missing something pretty obvious here but I just cant figure it out.

    WHen you say you can't access them? Does the Store give an error message when you try to download them? Does it try to get you to pay for them again?
