i would buy more digital downloaded games if my xbox slim was not constantly runnining out memory the xbox 360 harddrive 250 - 320 gb is not enuff space to stores games 500 to 1tb is much better and hopefully the xbox 1 harddive upgrade is more like 1tb to
2 tb of harddrive space....

that probably the only thing i hate about the xbox 360.

Upgraded to Xbox one s but a problem

i uninstalled everything on xbox1 and reinstalled on xbox1s and all the games were there

 

retrieving purchased maps for Black Ops 3 on a different console

On black ops 3 for the xbox1 I purchased several maps. My xbox now completey freezes every time I play BO3 so I traded Xbox1's with my brother. How do I get the maps to appear on my account on the different Xbox1.

 

You do know that both consoles support external HDDs right? Just plug 1 in, format it and start using those.

 

^^To be fair the 360 only supports 32GB USB drives.

You can plug an external USB 3.0 hard drive into the Xbox One. I currently have more than 3Tb on my system.

 

I never really had a HDD space issue with my Xbox 360, but I can definitely see myself filling this Xbox One up real fast, going to pick myself up a nice external HDD soon.

 

I believe you can have up to 16tb of external space on the X1 and 2 external connected at once.

So I believe to get the max external HDD space you need 2 x 8tb external HDD

i have a 5tb external on my One

And on topic, you can have , at most, 2 x 32gb flash drives plugged in at once.

There was no mention of any maximum capacity of external hard drives, only a minimum capacity (256Gb). Where did you get that information?

I just delete games once I need space. I can always go back to my download history and download any game I want. Yeah it takes time, but I don't play a lot of my games over anyways, so I figure if I really want to play an old game, I will just re-download
it.

And sadly, that's all you can really do right now unless they release more storage, and I doubt that'll happen anytime soon.
