我希望更改xbox隐私与在线安全设置，可是论从哪个网页打开的xbox隐私与在线安全设置时（比如隐私仪表盘，xbox官网等），都会打开此网站。（网址：https://support.microsoft.com/zh-cn...）我向有microsoft账户的家长询问过，都没有将我设为子女账号。请问这是怎么回事？？？

我一直卡在隱私權設定無法加好友或與好友同樂

我是一名成人當初辦帳號時沒有更改出生年月日

導致我要好有時跑出隱私權設定問題

Thanks for reaching out concerning not being able to change the
Online Safety and
Privacy Settings. Try to sign into another Microsoft account, then add the first account as an "Adult" family member.
From there, change the settings.

If this is related to the Xbox Insider Preview, I would advise to post in the
Xbox Insiders Reddit Forum,
to see if anyone else has encountered this issue. Also, please try another device
to see if it is possible to change the Online
Safety and Privacy Settings like a phone, tablet, console etc.

If possible please report this problem using the Xbox Insider Hub app so we can investigate it further:

On your console, install the
Xbox
Insider Hub app (if you don’t already have it).

Hold down the
Xbox
button on the controller.

On the power menu, select
Report a problem.

*Describe the problem in detail, including when it happened, if you saw any specific error codes or messages, and
if you were using any specific games, software, hardware, or accessories when you encountered the problem.

最近想入坑Xbox，打算玩玩xbox360的游戏。
但xbox360游戏买不了啊...
更改360账号地区为香港，绑定paypal，都不行...
就是显示错误。

让我朋友用他自己的账号，改了地区，绑了PayPal，就可以买了。
而且据我朋友说，没改地区前也不会显示错误，而是显示此地区没有此优之类的。
难道是我的账号有问题吗？

To.get mosr.xbox.360 games your account location must.match your actual location and console location

If you dont live in an xbox live region it wont help

我只需要修改经典玩家代号（15个字符）而不是选择的玩家代号（12 个字符），但是似乎不改12字符的代号就没法改15字符的代号。想了解是否有选项单独修改15个字符的那个玩家代号。
