Hey new 120hz update! but does it work?

So i have an xbox one x, cool. we have an update to allow 120hz, cool. Plug in 2k monitor that supports 144hz and my one x says nope only 1080p at 120 for you mister. May i mind you i use the 2k monitor on my computer using 2k at 144 no issues so the monitor
is not the problem. So whats going on? Update says you can run 2k at 120 but the xbox is telling me i cant unless i decrease resolution.

Also im sure i can answer my own question here but the 120hz is just for anything but gaming because most devs have limited their games to either 30 or 60 frames.

I would love to see nfl 2k 5 remastered but of course that wont happen till next year when 2k comes back so im sure there games will follow also

Xbox needs to come out with a baseball game because it is a popular sport and I am truly considering going to ps4 just so I can play a baseball game. Xbox needs to come out with a baseball game or else they will loose another customer. I know they came out
with RBI Baseball but that game sucks it is a arcade type game. Xbox please come out with a real baseball game, for example play station has the show u guys had 2k then stopped making baseball 2k. I don't care if it is 2k baseball just come out with a real
baseball game, not a Arcade game like RBI Baseball

But when it comes to "xbox live credit" etc... how can they possibly sell out, as its a digital product. Its not fair if i cant exchange my gems before the program changes, 2k gems is a lot.
