xbox x trooble starting

I have this same problem, i will explain it better, Nothing will load like the game pictures to the profile pictures of friends, it wont load certain things, what do i do.

I changed the laguage but after that i was send to the trobleshooter menu,I tried to reset it to factory but it send me back to the trobleshooter menu i tried everything(Thanks for the fast service)

I had that kind of trooble once. And it's appears that sometimes, Zune tells you, that your logged, but you are not (Automatic connexion failure). So, when it go you may seem connected but cant use the DRM.

Could you check that the connexion to your account works fine?

this error came when starting my fall out 4 game yes it crash I on xbox one x I restarted my game it started fine now I did power cycle my xbox one x .
