    Im selling my new xbox and getting a PC. Fortnite runs terribly on this new console. And when I even play the new COD my xbox just shuts off out of nowhere? this is a massive let down microsoft I don't even think I can return my new COD at all since I
    bought it digitally, you guys make it impossible for customers to deal with any technical issues. I tried to talk to a real person for help and real people only work from 11pm to 10am? Even my brand new controller (xbox elite 2) won't work properly after 6
    months, and when I try to get it replaced you guys want me to ship it to you and it'll be shipped back to me within a month? Im in my 2nd year of university and I'm sure I can create a better customer service system that makes it easier on customers. You guys
    have alot of holes in the way you do things and your gonna fail if you dont at least try to help customers properly. xbox one was great but wow the steps you guys make customers go through to even get simple help is absolutely brutal.

    I have the Xbox one X project Scorpio, I was told that the game can be downloaded in any serie X or serie S (included mine), thanks for the help!!
    Game can only be downloaded on a Series S and Series X, but not an Xbox One X. Xbox One X is not the same as a Series X.

    No such thing as an Xbox One Series X. The Xbox One family of consoles has an S and an X but are still just Xbox Ones. You need the Series family of consoles. The Xbox Series S or Xbox Series X. These are different from Xbox One S or Xbox One X.

    The "One" and "Series" are the console types.

    Hello Xbox community, this is about Xbox series x/s versions of games!

    Because on my Xbox series x, it only shows 'Optimized for series x/s' but if a xbox series x version of a game is NOT 'optimized' how would i know if I'm playing a series x/s version of a game?
