    Xbox x series constantly disconnecting from internet wired/wireless


    I’ve been having trouble w my x series since The day i got it. It constantly disconnects from the internet, whether it’s hardwired (preferred) or through wifi, sometimes 10-15 seconds apart. I restart my internet and Xbox like 5x a day to get a cpl hours of play time. Ive seen multiple posts around the internet about Xbox users having the same exact problem with no fix in sight. I’ve done about every trouble shoot possible, talked to my internet provider, talked to Xbox support and got absolutely no where. I play competitive online multiplayer games only, n the feeling of disconnecting mid match is terrible. This is an extreme let down as I’ve been a huge fan of Xbox since the early days.

    And i know im not fully disconnected from the internet because i can sign back in right away.

    Hello! Are you using Wireless Internet or Wired? if its wired make sure the cord is in correctly or "tightly" also make sure you have your settings as wired internet. If its wireless internet try disconnecting from the internet on you Xbox, then unplug your
    router for 30 seconds, after that plug your router back in, connect your Xbox back and see if it works. Hope this helped.

    Connection type: wired / wireless

    XBOX 360 wireless adapter type: internal wireless / external wireless / internal wired

    If it is a wired connection you are not going to be able to disconnect from it without disconnecting the ethernet cable from the back of your Xbox.
