Error E100 occurs when you try to update your Xbox console

To resolve this problem, use the Xbox startup error troubleshooter:

1. Go to the Troubleshoot startup errors on Xbox

2. Scroll down the screen and select E100.

3. Follow the instructions in the troubleshooter.
