    I am a US service member currently overseas and I am having issues with my Xbox X crashing constantly. I have no way of actually talking with someone because they won’t call my German phone number and Microsoft support virtual assistant does nothing to help. I have exhausted all means and just want to talk to someone from Microsoft to figure out how I can do a service request for my Xbox X which is under warranty but continues to crash when I start pretty much any game!

    It's the xbox series x I'm having the issue with. Also my brother has the same issue with the xbox series x.

    Are you on an Xbox One X, by chance? There were some known issues in Metro Exodus with crashing and freezing on the Xbox One X, sadly. Hopefully these issues will be getting patched very soon.

    If the console was purchased on US, warranty can only be applied on US, sadly Microsoft warranty is attached from where the console was purchased originally

    Hi

    This was suggested yesterday and I did it and the Xbox played. But today the same problem is happening where Microsoft says I’m signed in put the Xbox won’t connect. I just got the Indiana Jones and the Atomfall games and I can’t play them. Is there some way to set up this Xbox x to auto sign in so I don’t have to constantly put in the 8 digit sign in code and then the 6 digit code that follows. I don’t care about points or achievements. I just want to play the game and I can’t. This problem has been going on for 4 days. I’m starting to regret not buying a PlayStation.
