Xbox X graphical glitch but only in 1 game

Recently I didn't see similar reports about something like this in Diablo IV. Probably it's something related with the game and not your console

I suggest you to report this to Blizzard. But just to try all the options from your side, try each of the following:

A. Try to perform a physical power cycle disconnecting the power cable

"Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

Plug the console power cable back in.
Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on."

Video memory is also called VRAM

The current settings that you're running on the game,

is causing the game to crash because the graphics are to "much" for your system.

If the game is running lets say 1 GB of VRAM, but your computer only supports 900MB, you will experience crashing and loss of frames (glitching/lagging)

I would suggest changing your settings or upgrading your graphics card

I'll recommend you do a power cycle to clear the system cache

- Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

- Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 2 minutes.

- Plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on and check if it's all good.

If that doesn't help, I'll suggest you try doing a factory reset keeping games and apps on your console. This will refresh the console and remove all potential bugs without deleting any game data.

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

- Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

- Select Reset console.

- Choose Keep Games and Apps

Once that is done, you'll need to sign into the console using your Microsoft account credentials. If the issue is with your console, that should fix it.
