Xbox X: Games randomly crashing and returning me to home screen

Have you tried to reset your console removing everything as part of the troubleshooting steps? If yes, and the same issue occurs it would be best to get the console replaced.

Same thing here, bought and downloaded assassin creed black flag, during the download process it gave me an option to start playing the game but when I tried the game crashed and returned me to the home screen so I waited to the end of the download and tried
playing the game and the same thing happened, crashes and returnering to the home screen.

I have the same problem with the game but I have an xbox x and it doesn't work for me the game crashes as soon as it starts and returns to the initial screen

This seems to happen when streaming video most of the time, and randomly at other times. I can't really dignify if it's sold on video streaming or not, considering that's pretty much the only time it's used on my console. No error messages, just crashes
and returns to the home screen with Edge on the main screen having to be restarted.

Same with me only crashes when streaming videos.

My XB1 randomly crashes back to the home screen when I use ie. It's never froze though.
