Xbox X and Customer Servive issues

Hi all what can I do when the Xbox live agent won't arrange a call back and the live chat doesn't work ?? Got two open cases that are showing as resolved as so far all I have got is nothing at 50£ plus out of pocket ! Can't even reply to email as refers you back to Xbox live coms etc that don't bloody work

Yep thanks for this but it doesn't work as per the original message, ive reported it to you tech team for 3+ weeks but they haven't done anything

and lost my controller and wont replace or return it to me so basically stolen my property from what i can tell

Hello Scott,

If you encounter any issues requesting a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website, I recommend visiting Microsoft Virtual Agent

Then just type in “agent” and select the issue.

Select either of the option “Call me back” or “chat”

Don't go through the virtual agent. On the contact site just change the category/topic until it gives you the option to request a call back or chat with support. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works.

Yep doesn't work on any placement ive tried all only was of access is to go through Microsoft help portal and request to be transferred across which is doable but takes alot of time to do so So as states the portal for myself unable to call back or speak to an agent
