    Xbox wont turn on makes faint nose but won't completely power on.


    Have an xbox one. It won't turn on anymore.

    Power brick is showing an orange light.

    Tried to reset the power brick but that didn't work.

    When I tap my xbox button it makes a subtle faint noise as if it wants to turn on but wont, same goes for the disk tray.

    I'm in the beta program I heard this a common issue, is it? if its not any idea what else I could do to fix it or is my xbox just completely screwed and I should just start saving for a new console?

    X1 making noises while off

    Mine makes a faint ticking noise. I think it's just he fan. If your worried about saving energy, turn on energy saving mode to turn your box completely off.
