    Xbox won't turn on, and service centre web site doesn't have a shipping option for my location


    My brand new Xbox One X croaked after two weeks of ownership.

    I've done everything in https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/console-wont-power-on

    I'm in Norway, and when I try to ship it to you for service, I get the following error:

    Can someone please give me a phone number or an email where I can speak to a person, and not some god forsaken dumb automated system? I'm a grown man, and have no time for the awful customer service it is to force me to ask this in a public forum (of all places).

    God, why didn't I buy a PS4 Pro instead?

    Can someone send me the phone number or email to the repair centre for xbox one x in Norway / Oslo?

    2. Click See Other Options

    3. Click Warranty Service & repair

    4. Click More Contact Options

    5. Chat with Xbox Support and they should be able to help you out with this and get you a prepaid label for shipping.

    If you can't get "chat with xbox support" please try Billing > and get to Error messages and Codes.

    Thank you, unfortunately I've tried that, but if I fake being in the US I end with an error that my phone can't be contacted and if I'm in Norway the only options I have are:

    Hi there,

    Before assuming it is broken just try to remove the power cable from the console and wait 15 seconds before plugging the cable back in and powering it on.

    Make sure that the console is directly connected to the power source. (Do not use extenders or similar stuff).

    If this did not fix your problem, you stated that the console has 2 weeks of life. Then you can probably return it to the shop where you bought it and ask for a refund or a replacement.

    If you don't want to go back to the shop you can
    have a chat with the xbox support     and see what are your option to get your console replaced.

    In the support page:

    Step 1: Xbox One.

    Step 2: Xbox Won't Turn on.

    Step 3: Show contact option.

    You should now be able to contact the support.
