    Xbox won’t sign in & sometimes freezes when I try to


    I have an Xbox one & when I tried to play last night it wouldn’t let me sign in, the loading circle popped up & just kept loading. Now I’m trying to see if it’ll work but the Xbox doesn’t even load the profile pictures & it freezes when trying to click on a profile to sign in. Someone PLEASE help Xbox won’t sign in & sometimes freezes when I try to :( I’ve tried hard restarting & I can’t go to the menu when I press it on the controller because it doesn’t load it up :/ also when I turn it off the power button just stays flashing

    Did you ever find a fix for this?

    Having the same problem. Screen randomly freezes when playing games. Audio continues but image is completely frozen, forcing me to exit game. Sometimes it won’t let me.

    If this is only happening when signing into your profile, I suggest recovering your profile to resolve the issue.
