Xbox won’t sign in & sometimes freezes when I try to

Did you ever find a fix for this?

Having the same problem. Screen randomly freezes when playing games. Audio continues but image is completely frozen, forcing me to exit game. Sometimes it won’t let me.

If this is only happening when signing into your profile, I suggest recovering your profile to resolve the issue.

I have the same problem, when i start my xbox it freezes when trying to sign in to xbox live but when i off my internet it works fine but i want to sign in to my xbox live
