    I recently put in a refund request after buying something on the wrong card and was denied. It was not very cash money of Microsoft to not refund me as I was trying to buy something on a different card. Smh Microsoft fix your refund system

    Did you happen to play the game for more than 2 hours? And when did you purchase it?

    You're not eligible for refund for a digital purchase id it was bought more than 14 days ago or played for more than 2 hours.
