Xbox won't refund a purchase my game made.

Seriously, won't refund $100 for Doom. I thought it was a game pass and played it briefly before I saw the charge and xbox wont refund. This game is something I'd never pay money for. I suspect my baby got it while she was playing with the controller
because for some reason she likes the controller. Super disappointed in xbox.

Since you played the game you're unlikely to get a refund. It's unfortunate that your kid made the purchase but it's even more unfortunate that people use that excuse a lot trying to bypass refund regulations.

If you've tried to get a refund and were denied it's even more unlikely since they would have a reason for denying you in the first place.

You could request a callback from support but I wouldn't get your hopes up.

Thats unfortunate. My son has almost bought a few things

so i kno the frustration if that did happen. Hopefully this situation doesnt occur again

If you’ve played more than 2 hours then theres nothing you can do for a refund I believe

If it was your kid that did it by mistake I'm sure if you go to the Microsoft refund page and explain to them. They should consider giving back the money.
