Hello Four, try this procedure below.

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > system > console > system

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

Note - You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

I tried to do the offline system update but it won’t go throw due to the fact that you need some kind of network after a while. It won’t recognize any type of network nor Ethernet cable. It doesn’t seem to recognize any wifi or anything, just stuck

After reviewing your account, your Gold subscription for the last three months was a promotional, discounted subscription. As mentioned in the FAQ, promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards:

unfortunately you need to wait longer then an hour for the system to recognize there is an update, it usually happens overnight when the console is off.

Turning auto updates on and expecting the updates to happen within an hour won’t work.
