Xbox won’t read FIFA 23 Disc

Hello, that doesn’t work. Tried it multiple times and same thing happens; it loads the homescreen of the game and then goes to the xbox homescreen and says to insert the disc

I've tried powercycling it numerous times; I've had my xbox for about 5-6 years now so I don't think I'm using an insider build or beta OS in it. I don't have another console so I can't test it in another one. I have tried using other discs in my xbox and all of them work fine, except for FIFA 23.

Hi, thanks for the info. And can you try the opposite? Use a different FIFA 23 disc?

If not, let's try something:

Please delete the game from your console. After that download the Xbox mobile app in your phone > once downloaded open it and go to the search option > look for your FIFA 23 edition and download the game remotely selecting the "Download to console button"

Once downloaded insert the disc and check if you're able to play it

May i know if you can try using the disc with a different console to see if the issue persist?
Also, may i know if you're using an insider build / beta OS in your console?

If not, may I know if you tried to power cycle the console?
1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

If you already tried that, tell me what else did you tried (besides the workarounds provided in your post) in that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

Yes, it actually is possible to transfer your FIFA points as explained in this guide:

Can I transfer my FIFA Points from FIFA 22 to FIFA 23? - EA Help

So redeem the code in FIFA 22 (if you haven’t already), then sign in to FIFA 23 on console or PC and you should have the option to transfer it. Just be sure to keep in mind (noted in the guide):

1. You can only transfer FIFA Points from FIFA 22 to FIFA 23 on the same console family.
   
   • For example, you can transfer FIFA Points from FIFA 22 to FIFA 23 on Xbox Series X | S, but you can’t transfer your Points from FIFA 22 on Xbox Series X | S to FIFA 23 on PlayStation 5.
     
2. The transfer is not reversible. You can’t move FIFA Points back to FIFA 22 once you transfer them.
   
   • What if I’m an EA Play member? If you play FIFA 23 on EA Play and transfer your Points but don’t buy the full game, you won’t get your Points back on FIFA 22.
