    Hello, I've been having an issue with my PC recently where windows just will not open the XBOX app, this has been since I reset my PC a couple of months back. When I reset my PC I copied almost all of my old files over from the windows.old folder including
    programfiles and the rest, I put them exactly where they used to be without fail.
    (I've heard some issues such as this can be caused by a moved programfiles folder) I've tried a few things to fix this issue such as:

    - Moving the install location of apps on my PC to a seperate drive

    - Reinstalling the XBOX app (each thing listed here had XBOX reinstalled for each one)

    - Giving the programfiles folder altered permissions, with windows having the absolute highest possible

    - Giving windows store a full reset

    - purging out the programfiles folder with anything XBOX related being removed

    - running troubleshooters

    If you need relevant specifications of my PC here:

    Windows 10 Pro for workstations

    250GB Samsung 750 Evo SSD

    2TB Seagate Barracuda HDD

    Any help with this issue would be appreciated.

    I really do not want to reset this PC.

    I see all go the troubleshooting that you have already tried. Have you tried to check your Antivirus by temporarily uninstall / disable AV?
